Refund Policy

All orders can be cancelled until they are produced. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURN

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Should you want a replacement, please send an email to help.logastore@outlook.com with a picture of the product. We will have no further question and will ship a replacement to you free of charge. The replacement will be shipped at standard shipping mode and will arrive after 7-10 days from the date of your email.

We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly

 

REFUND

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

Our guaranteed shipping time is 30 days. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time, or if you received the wrong item, you can request a refund as well.

Please email to help.logastore@outlook.com to request for a refund. Once we receive your email, your refund will be issued as soon as possible to the original payment method.

The timeframe depends on the payment method.

  • Credit card or debit card refunds may take up to five business days to post to your bank, then up to two billing cycles to appear on the bank statement.
  • PayPal refunds may take 7-10 business days to post.

+We do not refund in case the shipping address you provide us is a wrong address.

 

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Answer: Yes, an email will be sent to customer when the order has been shipped out.

 

  1. Who pays the shipping cost on returns (customer or merchant)

Answer: We will issue you a refund or a replacement, so you can keep the product if you received it. You do not need to return that product to us, so there is NO shipping cost on returns

 

  1. What is the policy for defective/broken products
